The Pool Building Process
Below is a basic description of the pool building process from start to finish

Initial Consultation
The first step in building is a design consultation. We'll visit your property to see the layout, take measurements, and get a feel for your space.
We’ll talk about what you’re looking for—whether that’s a family-friendly pool, a modern showpiece, or a relaxing backyard retreat. You’ll go over design ideas, features like spas or sun shelves, and what to expect with permits and timelines.
It’s all about creating a custom design that fits your style, your space, and how you want to use your pool.

Planning & Design
Once the quote is approved, the preliminary design and notes are forwarded to our team of architects and engineers. They then begin the design and planning phase, which includes handling all required permitting with the appropriate local building jurisdictions.

Excavation & Framing
Upon approval of the construction plans and issuance of all required permits, site excavation is initiated. This is followed by the installation of structural formwork, placement of reinforced steel rebar per engineering specifications, and the completion of underground rough-in plumbing in preparation for inspection.

Shell Installation
After the framing work is finalized, a subsequent inspection is conducted, the shotcrete process can commence.

Grading & Trim Work
After the completion of the concrete shell, we proceed with additional inspections and site grading tasks, followed by meticulous trim/tile work and detailing.

Enjoy!
Once the pool is filled, we conduct the final inspections. Scheduled weekly pool servicing can commence to ensure that your pool is finished and ready for years of enjoyment.
